We will hand-pick your favorite tractors from current stocks, offer those tractors to you by email usually along with photos of the tractors for your viewing, once you narrow down Tractor Brands (Makers)/ Drive Types/ Output Range/ Favorite Models/ Quantity of Tractors you would like to purchase through "Inquiry Form" or by direct contact.

(3) Selection of tractors

Whenever you receive our offer, please study it and inform us of your order selection of tractors soonest possible to avoid possible prior sales to others under the basic terms of "first come, first served" for any used items.

(4) Confirmation of stock availability

(5) Deposit payment

As soon as you receive our Proforma Invoice (or Sales Contract),
you are kindly requested to make T/T (= Telegraphic Transfer)
for 50% value of contract amount, for the purpose of deposit
payment. Any orders are officially finalized with arrival of your
deposit payment to us. T/T payment is to be made to either one
of our bank accounts as below :-

(6) Shipment booking

Upon your order confirmation backed by deposit payment, we are to book full container shipment with our preferable shipping company or freight forwarder in Japan for earliest possible shipment, in case of C&F or CIF price terms (shipment on freight prepaid basis), or with your nominated shipping company's local agent in Japan, in case of FOB price terms (shipment on freight collect basis).

(7) Containerization

As soon as deposit money reaches our bank account, we start to load your order- selected tractors into a container (or containers) at our tractor stock yards. You can rest assured that our skillful and well-experienced yard operators can make best possible containerization.

(8) Final container assortment

Upon completion of container loading at our tractor stock yards, we issue and send you our Final Container Assortment to confirm all the items containerized exactly.

(10) Customs clearance

In parallel with your arrangement of balance
payment by T/T, we proceed with hauling a
stuffed container (or containers) to shipping company's CY in a loading seaport in Japan
and clearing customs examination in time for shcheduled shipment.

(11) Original shipping documents

Around the same time as your balance payment reaches our
bank account, the shipment is about to be or has been just
effected from a loading seaport in Japan. Then original shipping
documents including original B/L, Invoice, Packing List, Insurance
Policy (in case of CIF price terms) and others (if any required) are
to be dispatched to you by international express courier promptly
after the shipment (, subject to our receipt of the full shipment
amount).
